As part of the Surrey County Council/Surrey Hills AONB bid to secure funding for the new multi-use cycleway between Box Hill and Leith Hill a planning application has now been submitted to convert existing buildings at the Coast Hill Farm business park into a cycle hub with café and up to 70 parking spaces.
This development will help alleviate the chronic parking problems in Westcott which are exacerbated at the weekends by visiting cyclists and walkers who park for long periods on our residential roads.
