Following a request by members at the AGM 2018 it has been agreed that at least four meetings a year of the Westcott Village Association will commence with an open meetings where any member is welcome to attend.
These dates are confirmed as;
Thursday 21st February 2019 @7.30pm to 8.30pm
Thursday 9th May 2019 @7.30pm to 8.30pm
Thursday 12th September 2019 @7.30pm to 8.30pm
AGM – Wednesday 16th October 2019 @7.30pm to 9.30pm
Thursday 12th December 2019 @7.30pm to 8.30pm
All meetings are held at St. John’s in Westcott Other open meetings or EGM’s may be called at four weeks’ notice.
